There are several inns and hotels in Junction, as well as places to camp. I do recommend staying as close as possible as we will be shooting well into the night and there are tons of deer and wildlife in the area and they are out at night along the roads.

I will be providing a list during a Zoom call, but in short a DSLR or Mirrorless camera, a tripod and a wide angle lens.

What is Covered?

The fee covers one attendee’s workshop. This will include a pre-trip zoom to discuss gear, processing and other topics to prepare for the workshop.

You may bring a significant other but they may not participate in the workshop, unless they pay as well.

Attendees are responsible for transportation, lodging, meals and gear.

A payment is due to reserve your spot.

Cancellations:  Please speak to me directly about cancellations.  Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the workshop are at the discretion of Come And Take It Photography and will be made on a case by case basis.  Deposits are non refundable.  

Michael is an award winning scenic and astrophotographer, that has photographed the night sky all over the United States. His night time images have won awards and recognition in image competitions at the local and national levels. He has earned his Craftsman’s and Master of Photography, as well as a CPP from Professional Photographers of America. He is passionate about teaching other photographers the art of capturing the night skies.

Michael is and avid outdoors man, camper, and explorer of the wilds of nature and has traveled to countless national and state parks, monuments, and public lands hiking, photographing and exploring the natural wonders of our beatiful country.
